5 wonderfully calm and relaxing sessions for you and baby, each 50 minutes long.
During the sessions we will have different focuses every week and will extend on each to grow over the sessions:
Mindful breathing and stretching for parent
Baby warm-up
Parent & baby move and stretch
Baby only yoga
Swings and dips
A moment of bonding & love
Things to remember
Please bring water with you and ensure that both you and baby are in comfy clothing for each session
The class is baby-led, meaning if baby needs to feed, cuddle or be changed, please follow their cues. Bring along anything that baby will need for the session.

The class was so lovely for me and baby it was so relaxing and kept me and baby at easy the whole time! Kay was amazing can’t wait for the next class !

Lovely little class- I am on my second course of baby yoga. Kay is kind and caring and makes time to get to know you and your little one. Baby yoga is a mixture of stretches for mum, as well as yoga and massage for baby. I would definitely recommend.
